Description
These 51’ rivet side mechanical reefers are brown with orange sides and run on Roller Bearing trucks. Built in 1960 by Pacific Car & Foundry, this 70-ton mechanical reefer was class RP, and was lettered for American Refrigerator Transit. ART used these reefers to match the growing demand for long-distance produce shipments through the 1970s.
