This 3-bay covered hopper with elongated hatches is yellow with blue lettering and runs on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. Built in 1967, this car was designed around the ACF 4,600 cubic-foot design. Used mostly for grain transport, they were commonly seen in unit trains destined for ports on the east coast. Repainted into Chessie colors in the mid-1970s, these cars continued in revenue service through the 1990s.
