Description
Built for Conrail in 1994, this three-bay hopper eventually made it to the Norfolk Southern roster and was rebuilt by FreightCar America’s Roanoke Shops. With a 286,000-pound gross weight, these hoppers are used for coal and coke service on the east coast.
