UP® is a registered trademark of the Union Pacific Railroad.
Built by International Car Co. for Rock Island Railroad in 1967, these bay-window cabooses were later obtained by Union Pacific in the late 1970s and painted into UP’s yellow scheme. Classed CA-13 by UP, they had their roofwalks removed and featured billboard slogans written by company employees. They continued in service through the 1980s.
