The out-of-production Santa Fe “Super Chief” returns to hobby stores with a 2019 re-release of both of the 8-Car base set and the 4-Car add-on set, utilizing the car names and numbers from the original 2005 4-Car release, making this perfect for those modelers who missed it the first time around, or who would like to have this classic set in a full “Named Train” style box package! Combine the two sets with four EMD F7 locomotives in ABBA formation to create a complete Super Chief consist! In addition to new cars, Kato is re-issuing the classic Warbonnet F7, this time available for the first time with factory installed DCC as a standard release or ESU LokSound as a special order!
